System Interface I/o Board

The TIDT control system provides a very
flexible configuration. The system is easily
integrates with other systems, such as lighting,
heating, air conditioning, alarm reporting, etc.
For interfacing with systems such as those listed
above, however, in most cases a dry contact with
output is required, and optical isolation is
required on many inputs. Part #81147, system
interface I/O board, provides a form C contact
output and accepts a dry contact input for 16 I/O
points. Part #81151, system interface I/O board,
provides 16 I/O points. The outputs are form C
contacts and the inputs are all optically coupled
inputs. Therefore, the integrity of the MTI
supply system can be maintained completely
isolated from other systems.
As with all other components of the MTI
system, the system interface boards are address
configurable. The address of the inputs and
outputs of the board are set by the dip switch on
the 81147/81151 board. Due to the form C contacts on the outputs of part
#81147, a variety of external connections may
be made. Please note that each individual output
is completely isolated from all other outputs.
Therefore, there is an ease of system integration.
