MTI provides for the return of materials via our "Return Material Action" procedure. Any customer desiring to return material for refund or repair should contact a customer service representative at 1-800-392-8292 (option #1). All returns for refund will have a 30% restocking fee. Refunds will only be applied to product that is not damaged. Products over 6 months old will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied in the form of credit, unless prior arrangement has been made.
